Comfortable, well-equipped, four bedroom house situated in five acres of untamed woodland and grass.  Quiet position at the end of a drive, with views to the glen and the sealoch. Many opportunities for watching birds from the house and on the nearby shore.

Table tennis, two bikes and scope for den-making in the woodland around the house.

3 Self Catering

Only five minutes walk to the village of Dervaig which has a grocery store/Post Office and the Bellachroy Hotel, for a friendly bar and good food. Beautiful beaches, fishing, wildlife and whale watching trips all nearby.  Art Gallery, museum, interesting restaurant and fresh seafood within four miles of Dervaig.

Accommodation on ground floor with steps to front door.

Double-glazed windows and heating by electric panel heaters in living /bedrooms.

 

Bedroom 1 with kingsized bed and washbasin.

Bedroom 2 with standard double bed and washbasin.

Bedroom 3 with twin beds.

Bedroom 4 with twin beds.

All beds have duvets, pillows and undersheets, with extra blankets available.  Bedlinen and towels are not provided.

Bathroom with bath, handshower tap, basin and WC.  Heated towel rail.

Shower room with shower, basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Kitchen with oil-fired Rayburn, electric cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, overhead drier, dishwasher, coffee machine, food processor, microwave, breadmaker.

Comfortable living room with dining area.  Woodburning fire.  Flatscreen TV with Freeview/DVD player.  CD player. WiFi.

High chair/travel cot available

Outside

Table tennis in large shed.  Charcoal barbecue. Two bikes.  Picnic table and bench. Tree swing.

Rates

£450 - £560 per week, inclusive of all except bedlinen and bath/beach towels.  House can be accessed from 2pm Saturdays
